3月8日下午，省僑聯(lián)與華山國際工程公司（陜西建工集團有限公司）簽訂了框架合作協(xié)議。省僑聯(lián)黨組書記程勉貴、華山國際工程公司副總經理毛繼東出席簽約儀式。

雙方合作是為了積極響應國家“一帶一路”倡議和省委省政府工作部署，攜手調動自身優(yōu)質資源、充分發(fā)揮各自優(yōu)勢條件，進一步拓展省僑聯(lián)對外聯(lián)誼工作，助推華山國際工程公司海外市場發(fā)展，提升陜西企業(yè)品牌形象，助力陜西經濟、社會發(fā)展。

陜西華山國際工程集團有限公司總經理葉林濱介紹了華山國際工程公司的基本情況，和“創(chuàng)新發(fā)展模式、提高經營質量，推動扎根屬地‘走進去’、高端經營‘走上去’，屬地共贏‘融進去’”的可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念。

程勉貴表示，近年來陜西的發(fā)展進入了快車道，越來越多的企業(yè)走出了國門，開始放眼世界、布局全球，但在企業(yè)如何融入國外市場，及時掌握行業(yè)動態(tài)的能力有待提高。省僑聯(lián)要發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢，以僑聯(lián)僑，服務陜西經濟發(fā)展，傳播好中華優(yōu)秀文化和弘揚社會正能量，講好中國故事。要充分發(fā)揮海外僑胞的力量，支持陜西企業(yè)“走出去”；積極幫助海外華人、華僑搭上中國高速發(fā)展的列車，實現(xiàn)共贏。

毛繼東表示，兩家單位的合作，積極響應了省委省政府的工作部署要求，充分發(fā)揮了各自的優(yōu)勢特點，希望省僑聯(lián)充分發(fā)揮橋梁紐帶作用，幫助陜西建工集團向稱霸陜西市場、稱雄全國市場、馳騁國際市場的戰(zhàn)略目標闊步邁進。

華山國際工程公司簡介

華山國際工程公司（是陜西建工集團有限公司的涉外名稱）成立于1950年，擁有建筑工程施工總承包特級資質9個、市政公用工程施工總承包特級資質4個、石化特級資質1個、甲級設計資質14個、及海外經營權的省屬大型國有綜合企業(yè)集團，具有工程投資、勘察、設計、施工、管理為一體的總承包能力，并擁有國際工程承包、建筑產業(yè)投資、城市軌道交通、鋼構制作安裝、商混生產配送、工程裝飾裝修、古建園林綠化、鍋爐研發(fā)生產、物流配送供應、地產開發(fā)建設、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生教育、旅游飯店經營等產業(yè)。

憑借雄厚的實力，公司始終榮列中國企業(yè)500強（2017年列第197位）、中國承包商80強（2017年列第五位）、2017年位列ENR全球承包商250強第26位。

Top International Engineering Corporation (TIEC is the foreign name of Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Corp. LTD.), founded in 1950, owned 6 nos. of Top Grade Qualification for General Engineering Construction，4 nos. of Top Grade Qualification for General Municipal Public Engineering Construction，1 no. of Top Grade Qualification for Chemical and Petroleum Engineering Construction, 14  nos of Grade A Qualification for Design, and is also a large provincial state-owned group enterprise and one of first batch in Shaanxi province to obtain top-class qualification for general contracting of housing construction, class A qualification for design in construction industry and overseas franchise. The total professionals and technician personnel of the corporation are nearly 10 thousand, including 135 professorate senior engineers, 1697 senior engineers, 5302 Chartered Constructors and Chartered Associated Constructors. In recent years, TIEC has implemented hundreds of research projects, receiving 88 national and provincial science and technology awards, 21 Huaxia construction science and technology awards by Ministry of Construction, obtaining 466 national and provincial construction methods and 367 patents, editing and compiling 90 national industry norms. 53 projects have been awarded the Luban prize (the highest prize for architectural quality in Chinese construction field), 49 projects for National Quality Awards, 2 projects for Zhan Tianyou prize (civil engineering award in China), and 16 projects for Gold Award of China’s Construction Engineering Structure.

Following the principal of developing market both in and outside the province, at home and abroad, TIEC has completed a number of key domestic and foreign construction projects. Its domestic market covers 31 provinces, municipalities, autonomous prefectures. In 2017, the contract sum for all the overseas projects is RMB6,402,000,000 and its international business has been expanded in 27 countries, forming Six large overseas market centers including West Africa, Central Africa, South Africa, Southeast Asia & The Pacific, The Middle East & West Asia, Central and South Asia. 5 overseas projects have been awarded the Luban Prize and 3 overseas projects for National Quality Award. 

Over the years, TIEC is the member of four associations: the vice presidency membership of China Construction Industry Association, the presidency membership of Shaanxi Association for Promotion of International Economic Cooperation, the vice presidency membership of Shaanxi International Chamber of Commerce and the presidency membership China International Constructors Association. TIEC has been awarded many honors. It was granted as the Advanced Shaanxi Provincial Foreign Economic Cooperation Company, Top 60 National Foreign Economic Cooperation Companies, Top 100 Chinese Enterprises deserving to be recommended to African countries. Meanwhile, TIEC was also awarded Grade-AAA Credit Enterprise by China International Contractors Association.

In 2017, the total contract amount reached 170 billion yuan, the year-on-year growth reached 19.33%. the operating revenue is 83.82 billion yuan, the year-on-year growth reached 10.14%. the total profit is 1.258 billion yuan, the year-on-year growth reached 32.34%. The total profits and taxes is 3.246 billion yuan， the year-on-year growth reached 11.16%.
